Prices
We operate a 5 nights minimum stay.
April and May: £120 per night
June: £150 per night
July and August: £190 per night
September: £150 per night
October: £120 per night
November - March: £100 per night
18th December - 4th January: £125 per night
Rates include: Use of entire property and private pool, information pack, internet, bed linen, bathroom towels, initial set of toilet rolls, tea towels, cleaning products, central heating.
Payment
Once you reserve your booking we will send you an email confirming your booking and with an invoice. Once you receive this email the deposit which is 25% of the rental charge will need to be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking. Payment of the balance is due a minimum of eight weeks prior to the start of your stay and immediately if your stay is due to start in less than eight weeks. We will send you reminder emails closer to the time. These payments are only refundable in accordance with our terms and conditions.
